80% Arabica 20% Robusta

Circe Gold Arabica is a rich and unique Espresso, with a surprising bouquet of aromas.

The combination of South American Arabica beans and a touch of Robusta characterizes it with unique notes of cereals, chocolate and caramelized malt, giving a deep and surprisingly vigorous espresso.

50% Robusta 50% Arabica

Diomede is a blend that originates from fine selections of Arabica from different areas of Latin America, and Robusta from India. 

Traditional roasting and fine grinding give this coffee a pleasantly balanced taste and a creamy consistency. In the aroma you will perceive notes of chocolate and toasted malt, as well as hints of vanilla.

40% Robusta 60% Arabica

Penelope is the blend that best represents Italian coffee shops. The prevalence of Arabica from Brazil grown at high altitudes and robust from India gives this blend malty, dried fruit and spicy profiles, and with a little marked acidity. The roasting technique used is that of split-roast, a part of mixture is slowly roasted for a long time and another part is roasted lighter. 

This particular roasting process allows the characteristics of Arabica and Robusta that make up the blend to be kept distinct.

50% Robusta 50% Arabica

Polifemo decaffeinated is a blend made from coffees originating from South America and East Africa. The extraction of the caffeine takes place using a totally natural washing procedure with water and such as to preserve and guarantee the authentic flavor of a good espresso.

The light and slow roasting gives this coffee notes of dark chocolate while preserving a hint of pleasant acidity.

95% Arabica 5% Robusta


Enea is the name used for the Arabica flavor. Gusto Arabica is a blend deriving from the combination of the most sought after Arabica beans from South and Central America.

Compared to the other blends in the range, Enea has a lighter roast, which gives the coffee the right vigor and a velvety texture. The aroma recalls the scents of orange blossom and jasmine. On the other hand, the hints of caramel and cereals are evident.

100% Robusta

Ulisee Gusto Extra Strong is a blend that is born respectively from the daring encounter between different robust from India, Uganda and Central Africa.

The fine grinding and slow prolonged roasting give it a pleasant bitterness with peppery notes.

70% Robusta 30% Arabica

Atena is a blend composed of 5 coffees of different origin of Arabica and Robusta. The choice of this blend has the purpose of wanting to pay homage to the vast cultural heritage of Naples.

The washed Robusta varieties and Arabica beans from Latin America bring a balanced, clean and creamy taste to this blend. The roasting chosen for this blend is the dark one typical of southern Italy which brings with it Arab and African influences.

Gusto Strong is a blend that comes respectively from the daring encounter between a Robusta from India and one from Uganda with an Arabica from Central America.

The fine grinding and slow prolonged roasting give it a strong aroma with clear hints of licorice, spices and cocoa beans.
